SPREADS

Making your own Salted Butter is simple with the KitchenAid Cook Processor and you can adjust the recipe to make quantities that best suit your family.  For delicious herb butter, add crushed peppercorns together with the sea salt and fresh green herbs such as parsley, thyme, rosemary and oregano.

Strawberry and Ginger Jam

Kiwi and Passionfruit Jam
Rebecca Sullivan from Dirty Girl Kitchen, the creator of this delicious Kiwi and Passionfruit Jam likes to call this one her ‘pavlova jam’. Recommended as a tart jam, it can be made sweeter with some extra sugar. A great recipe to get rid of those excess passionfruits!
