Healthy, delicious and a perfect snack, supper or weekend late breakfast starter. Serves 2
½ cup ice
½ cup light coconut milk, chilled
1 cup greek style natural yoghurt
3 peeled ripe kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
2 tsp honey
Add the ice, coconut milk, yoghurt, kiwi fruit and honey to the blender jug. Cover. Select speed 3 (Mix) and blend for 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
