Healthy, delicious and a perfect snack, supper or weekend late breakfast starter.
½ cup ice
½ cup light coconut milk, chilled
1 cup Greek style natural yoghurt
3 peeled ripe kiwi fruit, roughly chopped
2 tspn honey
Attach the jug to the Blender. Add the ice, coconut milk, yoghurt, kiwi fruit and honey to the jug. Cover. Select the symbol for whipping and blend for 5 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
